I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were amazing with easy access to public transport, though they were just simple. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, close to Albrook Mall, making it easy to explore. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff except for one member who was a bit cold. The dining experience was very good every day, but the price seemed a bit high for the quality. Overall, a positive experience.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were cozy and spacious, offering a good view through full-length windows. However, there was a stale smoke smell in the hallway on the 15th floor. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby, but there was loud music from a club across the street all night.
